Online hair loss doctors in the Philippines: Rocky, &you, Dailys and Dima compared

Updated 27 Oct 2026Prices checked October 2026HairlineCrownMid-scalp
Quick answer

Rocky (GoRocky), &you, Dailys and Dima all sell prescription hair loss medicine after an online assessment reviewed by a doctor, with delivery included. Of the four, only Dailys publishes hair prices on its own site, at ₱2,499 a month for oral minoxidil[1]. A dermatologist consult at about ₱400 to ₱1,000 plus a pharmacy prescription is usually cheaper month to month, so the telehealth premium buys convenience, not a better drug.

We have not used these services ourselves, and we have no affiliate deals with them. Everything below comes from each company's own website (read in October 2026), third-party price guides and user reports, each labelled. Where a fact is missing, we say so. There is no "our pick" on this page, because we have not verified enough to make one honestly. A decision guide follows the comparison.

What users report

Hair-specific reviews are thin. Here is what Filipino users have posted, with promotional-looking accounts flagged.

  • Dima draws the most specific complaints. One user paid about ₱4,000, waited for a consult where no doctor joined, and told others not to buy[9]. Others questioned Dima's oral minoxidil capsules[10], and one quit after five months with no changes[11]. A 2024 user framed it as a way to buy prescription medicine without a prescription[12]. Thin positives exist: "4 months, good result"[13].
  • GoRocky is discussed mostly for weight loss. On hair, an ad drew "legit?" questions and a one-line "scam" comment with no detail[14]. In a weight loss thread, another user flagged that a praising account was only ever positive about GoRocky[15].
  • &you is also discussed mostly for weight loss. Users report a ₱599 Care Plan add-on they say was not disclosed upfront[16], and one called the consult shallow and overpriced[17]. Hair-specific &you praise we found reads as promotional[18].
  • Dailys had no Reddit footprint in our research. Its refund policy and doctor details are company claims, not customer voice.
  • NowServing appears in a well-upvoted Filipino recovery post as the route to a derm consult[19].

A single derm consult plus Stercia from Mercury costs less over a year than most telehealth plans, and the derm can examine your scalp and order blood tests. Telehealth charges a premium for convenience: no clinic queue, delivery to your door and a consult at home. For many people in Metro Manila and Cebu that is worth it; for others it is not.

Hidden-fee checklist

Before you pay any telehealth brand, get clear answers to these:

  • Is the price per month, per order, or for a fixed term? Is it charged automatically again?
  • Is the doctor consult included, and is it a live video call or a form review?
  • Will a named doctor with a PRC licence number see me? Can I look the licence up?
  • Which pharmacy fills the order? Is it compounded, and what brand or batch will I receive?
  • Are there add-ons such as care plans, supplements, shampoos or pill boxes?
  • Does the price change at higher doses or when adding a second drug?
  • What is the refund policy if a doctor says I am not a fit, or if I see no results?
  • Can I get a copy of my prescription to fill elsewhere?
